IV - Privacy
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons was violated repeatedly. Individuals were seized, questioned, coerced, and mentally tortured without warrants, repeatedly.
V - Limits on Prosecution
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation.
Every single guilty plea in the Operation Lightning Strike case file was extorted by compelled testimony. Every person involved was compelled to be a witness against himself, often denying them liberty and property without due process of law.
Every single person, including the only defendant not to plead guilty, was denied due process of law. Every subject of the warehouse treatment was deprived of liberty without due process. In several instances, especially as relates to the TerraSpace situation, private property was taken for public use without just compensation.
VI - Rights of the Accused
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.
Trials were not speedy, guilty pleas were coerced before a jury could see the cases, the warehouse treatment included lies about the nature and cause of the accusations, witnesses were never confronted, and compulsory process for obtaining favorable witnesses was denied.
Most outrageous of all, the warehouse treatment included the direct threat that if any person sought the assistance of counsel for his defense, he would be subject to immediate punishment.
VII - Jury Trials
In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
So far, the civil trials against the government haven't seen a jury.
VIII - Bail & Punishment
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Excessive bail was required. You couldn't bail out of the warehouse to save your life.
Cruel and unusual punishments, in the form of mental torture, were inflicted in the warehouse on every subject. Not a single person escaped these punishments. In every case, the punishments were meted out without due process of law.
IX - Rights of the People
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Every other right of the people was violated. Other rights were denied and disparaged by the FBI agents and the Feral prosecutors.
Every agent involved, every prosecutor involved should be tried for treason.
